1. The return is approved by Appleseed personnel.
2. The certificates are returned with the original packing slip within 30 days of the order date.
3. The gift certificates and gift cards are not signed or damaged.

Your account will be credited once Appleseed receives the returned certificates.

No credit will be issued on shipping fees

Returned certificates must be shipped to Appleseed at the returnee’s expense.

In the case of an Appleseed error, your organization will receive a full refund.
