Coordination of an Appleseed Program
The Appleseed Fundraising program can be implemented to fit your needs

Appleseed will work with you on implementing a well-coordinated, effective program.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
Follow these simple steps:
1. Set up your Account
  • Assign a person or persons to oversee the program
  • Complete the New Client Application
  • Establish a checking account for your gift certificate program
  • Recruit and organize volunteers to help with the program
2. Set up Preliminary Meeting with your Volunteers
  • Explain the Appleseed Program to your volunteers
  • Develop a promotional plan for roll out
  • Establish sales goals
  • Review bookkeeping methodology
  • Establish a process for a successful program:
    i. How often (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and the method for distributing order forms
    ii. Day/time for orders to be returned
    iii. Day/time orders will be totaled and order placed with Appleseed
    iv. Day/time to verify orders
    v. Method for distribution of gift certificates
    vi. Determine if you will keep stock for cash and carry
3. Roll out the program
